Beatae Madrid S.L. has an exciting opportunity for an energetic Communications and Customer Relations Specialist helping the owner with the opening and marketing of our first (and many thereafter) Beatae Restaurant in Madrid, Spain.

If you are passionate about customer service, communications and marketing and have previous experience in restaurant service with a desire to grow your career in marketing, we want to hear from you.


SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:

-         Working closely with the owner of the brand and Operations Manager building brand awareness externally and ensuring customer satisfaction internally.


o  Marketing and Communications (60%) of the time:

§ Set-up and manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, Website, Youtube shorts),

§ Creating content (videos, promotions, comments, photos, stories, reels)

§ Produce and edit social media content for the above media channels.

§ Monitor and respond to customer reviews

§ Tackle copywriting (from taglines to newsletters and newspaper/magazine pitches)

§ Engaging with followers

§ Engaging with organizations that align with our concept (gluten-free associations, restaurant associations, etc..)


o  Customer Service (40% of the time):

§ Working within the restaurant as the key customer service manager (location: Ponzano)

§ Introducing the customers to the brand ensuring a memorable experience

§ Building a network of brand followers and regulars

§ Organizing and managing events within and outside the restaurant.

§ Other


DESIRED PROFILE:

-         Strong communication skills (fluency in Spanish and good command in English)

-         Excellent organizational and time management skills

-         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

-         Experience in customer service industry

-         Social Media savvy with good track record of building and managing social media profile(s)

-         Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

-         Positive personality and can-do attitude!


WHAT WE OFFER:

-         Starting salary of 24.000EUR (Gross per annum)

-         Workday free meals within restaurant (as per daily/monthly budget)

-         2 non-consecutive days off per week

-         Performance bonus at owner’s discretion

-         Close involvement in the creation and growth process of the brand working closely with the owner growing the brand

-         Opportunity to grow with the brand and with the company with potential to grow into Brand Marketing Manager role.  

-         A healthy, honest and fair work environment that gives lots of freedom and opportunity for growth to those individuals who are accountable for their work and are willing to work well towards our common goals
