Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Test Manager!

What will you do?

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for software and system testing
• Oversee all phases of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and system testing
• Lead and mentor the testing team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Manage defect tracking processes and ensure timely resolution of identified issues
• Coordinate with project managers and development teams to align testing efforts with project timelines
• Utilize test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center) to monitor test progress and report results

Which skills are required?

• Proven experience in developing and implementing test strategies and plans
• Ability to manage and oversee all phases of testing, including functional, integration, and system testing
• Experience in leading and mentoring testing teams to achieve project goals
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center)
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP)
• Ability to identify and assess risks related to software quality and testing
• Understanding of Agile testing practices and involvement in Agile teams
• Familiarity with automotive software testing standards and best practices
• Experience in refining testing processes and implementing best practices
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German)
