Responsibilities

  • Continuous Product Discovery: Lead efforts to understand market needs, user preferences, and new trends to keep the product relevant and competitive.
  • Production Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development process, from idea to release and beyond, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of high-quality software.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote teamwork and build strong relationships between departments to improve communication and cooperation, making processes more efficient.
  • Implementing Strategic Direction: Turn insights from the CEO and customer feedback into actionable plans, guiding product development to meet business goals and customer needs.
  • Monitoring Product Performance: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track how the product is doing, regularly analyzing data to find areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
  • Managing Product Roadmap: Keep a clear and detailed product roadmap, outlining the strategic direction, key milestones, and priorities to guide the product development process and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Driving Innovation and Growth: Encourage a culture of innovation, fostering creativity and experimentation to improve the product and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head of Product/Chief Product Officer or in a similar leadership role in a technology-driven company.
  • Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market and trading.
  • Experience in developing and successfully launching products for a broad user base.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills.
  • Excellent management and communication abilities.
