Role


We are looking for an HR Director with experience in small-sized companies who has managed teams of 2-4 people. This role will lead the company’s HR strategy, implementing policies and systems to support growth and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities


  • Labor Relations Management: Engage with unions and employees to ensure a balanced and compliant work environment.
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Design strategies to foster a positive work environment, retention, and employee well-being.
  • Compensation & Benefits Review: Ensure competitive packages aligned with market standards and employee needs.
  • Restructuring Processes: Assess workforce needs and execute restructuring plans, including potential workforce adjustments if necessary.
  • HR Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of two HR professionals.


Requirements


  • Experience in small-sized companies (HR teams of 2-4 people).
  • Strong expertise in labor relations, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
  • Proven experience in corporate restructuring processes.
  • Strategic mindset for HR policy development and execution.
  • Experience implementing HR KPIs.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor regulations.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
