Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Drive sales for commercial solar and storage products, identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Spain market.Market Development: Focus on expanding our customer base and increasing market share by exploring new business opportunities.Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients, schedule meetings, and conduct on-site or virtual visits to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, aligning with the company's goals and market trends.Product Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate the company's products and services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or above.Experience: 5 + years of professional experience, ideally within the renewable energy, electronics sectors.Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Experience in photovoltaics, grid connection, or related technical areas is highly beneficial.Methodologies: Familiarity with agile work environments or requirements engineering is a plus.Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in one or more European languages (e.g., German, French, etc.) is highly desirable.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment.
