We’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth, operational excellence, and customer experience as we scale globally. As COO, you’ll translate our vision into actionable strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional guest experiences, and sustainable growth across all locations. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale the business while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across all locations, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence.
• Drive Growth: Develop and implement strategies to scale the business, focusing on new locations and operational scalability.
• Elevate Guest Experience: Uphold our hospitality philosophy and collaborate with marketing to maintain brand integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Financial Leadership: Partner with the finance team to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Team Development: Work with HR to build a high-performing team through effective recruiting, onboarding, and professional development.
• Innovate: Partner with Digital to Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance operations, customer service, and data management.
• Stay Ahead: Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activity to keep Honest Greens at the forefront of the restaurant lifestyle space.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record as a COO, Operations Director, or senior leader in hospitality or multi-location restaurant operations.
• Leadership: Strong ability to inspire and guide teams toward operational excellence.
• Strategic Thinker: Skilled at developing and executing strategies that drive long-term growth and scalability.
• Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
• Problem Solver: Ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Customer-Obsessed: Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding brand values.
