Providing d2d and evolutive technical support on:
- SuccessFactors EC (corporate HR master data system)
- Diverse HR systems/tooling’s (often consuming the SuccessFactors EC data)

- Mostly supported by both internal and external experts.
- Act as a gatekeeper on systems and integrations (perform functional analysis’s on requests, discuss technical requirements, keep track on testing and roll-out)
- Ensuring smooth data-processes
- Provide general stakeholder management (People/HR division, partners, etc.)
- Show ambition to provide full ownership on demands with regards to systems/tooling’s

Responsibilities
- Guide our guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).
- Welcome the guests to the properties and assist them during their stay (check-in).

- Acknowledge and advise on tourist attractions (food & beverage recommendations, transportation, cultural events, etc.).
- Cover the reception of the guests in our office.
- Communication with the Property Management, Cleaning and Maintenance Departments on the specific operation needs.
Skills and qualifications
- Good writing and spelling capabilities in English and Spanish (French and any other language is a plus).
- Be reactive, adaptive and improvise while facing issues.
- Having strong customer relationship capabilities.

Conditions and Benefits
