Your ‘day to day’
IQOS Assistant Store Manager is an IQOS Brand Ambassador, your main responsibility is to guarantee the smooth daily running of the Store with the Store Manager's guidance, in order to ensure sales & profit performance and Customer Service level.
Acts as the key support and key representative of the Store Manager.
ASSISTANT IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
- Contributes to analyzing the Store business and to the eventual development of specific reports, action plans, upon request from the Boutique Manager.
- Supports the monitoring of business measurements when applicable, and KPIs (Qualitative & Quantitative) & action plans implementation.
- Management & coach team to ensure the delivering business goals.
- Support under the Store manager supervision, the monthly & weekly development reports for business analysis, action plan implementation follows ups to recover the situation.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising processes & guidelines based on the VM Team recommendations.
- Operations Standards follow up and application e.g., Stock and Inventory Management, Cash & Card Reconciliation, supporting the store Manager Front & Back office.
- Provides the monthly operations report to recover situations if needed.
- Ensure Back & front office operations management (controlling Back-office administration) following the Store Manager indications.
- Ensure action plans implementation aligned with the Store Manager.
- Follow up the running of safety within the Store & transmit to the team the importance of the area.
- Ensures the welcoming to the stores, provided with Sales and Service Standards to ensure the customer expectations.
- Spend time on the shop floor & back office, on behalf of the Store Manager supervise the customer experience service and provide feed-back to the team in a constructive way to recover the situation, supporting the team in selling skills.
- Supervise full customer experience process when the Store manager delegates in you to supervise an ensure the properly running.
- Taking over when a sales expert is facing a client issue as a Manager of Duty (when the Store Manager is not on the store).
- Regularly monitors all analyses and KPIs shared by Area Supervisor on the quality and appreciation of the delivered Customer Experience, e.g. Mystery Shopping & NPS, etc. And shares Action Plans, key learnings with his/her team on a regular basis to improve the global performance.
- Conducts sales and develops his/her own clients implementing proper tools and activities.
- Co-responsible (with store manager) for building and maintaining a constructive & motivating working environment.
- Responsible to Manage the store team, according to its size and structure.
- Back up Store manager for Working hand in hand with HR to ensure training plans, on boarding, compensation & benefits.
- Support & Ensure communication (w/Store Manager alignment), Back Office organization & maintenance.
- Responsible for the Preparation & animation of a Daily Briefing in order to inform the team on key points.
- Individual meetings with the team to follow up motivation drivers, strengths & improvement opportunities.
- When applicable, in alignment with Store Manager, Manage the staff optimization needs in the store taking care of business peaks to ensure the best service level.
- Support completing all career development activities in line with HR.
- Business School, Hospitality School or University degree.
- Spanish (fluent) + English (intermediate/advanced) will be a must.
- Another language is nice to have.
- Experience in retail preferably in a Consumer Goods Company.
- Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint.
- Key financial aspects of a Store management (P&L, KPIs, drivers, Budget planning and follow-up).
- Qualitative measures of a Boutique performance (Mystery Shopping, NPS).
- Store Operational Standards.
- People management experience.
- Curious people with strong emotional intelligence and good attitude willing to help others and to work as part of a team.
