- Hacer visitas a clientes para presentar y promocionar productos y servicios.
- Negociar contratos de venta.
- Trabajar para garantizar que las negociaciones se desarrollen sin problemas y conduzcan a la compra del producto o servicio en cuestión.
- Proporcionar soporte postventa.
- Mantener contacto con los clientes con miras a asegurar más ventas.
- Identificar nuevos clientes potenciales.
- Gestionar y atender las llamadas entrantes de los clientes.
- Responder las consultas de los clientes o clientes potenciales sobre productos o servicios.
- Mantener una base de datos de llamadas de clientes, donde se recoja la información necesaria acerca de sus necesidades y requisitos.
- Realizar estudios de mercado y encuestas de campo para los productos y servicios de los clientes.
- Preparar informes de investigación y encuestas para lograr una mejor gestión de ventas.
- Enviar por correo copias de facturación de ventas a clientes.
- Coordinar con el equipo de cuentas pendientes el cobro de saldos.
- Implementar mejores prácticas en el programa de ventas.
Requisitos estudios
Grado en Ingeniería Industrial(especialidad Fontaneria,climatización y calefacción
Grado o Máster en Administración de Empresas (ADE)
Máster Marketing y ventas
Máster en gestión de sistemas ERP y CRM
Requisitos Experiencia
Experiencia sector de Fontaneria,climatización y calefaccion
5 años de experiencia
