Descripción del puesto:

En Punta Candor Suites, nuestro objetivo es ofrecer una estancia inolvidable a nuestros huéspedes. Para ello, buscamos un Jefe/a de Recepción con pasión por la hospitalidad, ganas de liderar un equipo y asegurarse de que todo funcione a la perfección.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Gestión del equipo de recepción, planificación de turnos y supervisión del desempeño.

Atención y resolución de incidencias con clientes.

Gestión, control de reservas y ocupación a través de nuestro sistema de gestión.

Gestión del inventario, asegurando la correcta asignación y disponibilidad de las unidades, en coordinación con nuestro departamento de revenue.

Efectiva coordinación con otros departamentos (limpieza, mantenimiento, administración).

Facturación y cierre de caja.

Aplicación de políticas de calidad y mejora continua en la experiencia del huésped.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?:

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares en hoteles o apartamentos turísticos.

Conocimientos en software de gestión hotelera (PMS, Channel Manager, etc.).

Experiencia en revenue management.

Nivel alto de inglés (valorable otros idiomas).

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.

Orientación al cliente y capacidad de resolución de problemas.

Technical and practical knowledge and experience (at least 3 years) on Department of Navy or other Department of Defense construction projects as an Engineering Technician, Contracting Officer’s Representative or designated contractor key personnel such as Superintendent or Quality Control Manager

Tasks

• Extensive experience, ability, and understanding of facility construction concepts, principles, and practices applicable to civil, mechanical, electrical, and/or environmental projects.
• Ability to understand and review technical engineering specifications and statements of work covering complex and diverse engineering designs or changes to the contract documents.
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices and methods and construction management skills as demonstrated through relevant construction and/or construction management experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English in order to report on progress and outcome of technical assignments and to present recommendations to government personnel.
• Extensive experience and ability to monitor construction, maintenance, repair, and alteration projects to a successful and timely completion with respect to schedule and budget.
• Have training and knowledge of Primavera scheduling software and/or other construction scheduling software packages as desired.
• Ability to perform strenuous activity while working outdoors in extreme heat or cold, working in confined spaces, climbing and using fall protection equipment will be required on this contract. Assigned Contractor employees must present medical certificate of physical qualification showing they are physically capable of performing tasks outlined in the PWS.
• Must successfully pass required security background investigation.
• Record of completion of the full 40-hour EM 385-1-1 Construction Safety Course (NAVFACSYSCOM or USACE). The 8-hour course is not an acceptable alternative.
• Extensive experience and ability of safety and occupational health principles, practices, procedures, laws and regulations as they relate to engineering performance requirements.
