Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs and layouts using Vectorworks software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation
• Produce 3D Models and Renderings
• Conduct site visits and gather necessary data for design purposes
• Ensure adherence to project requirements, U.S building codes, and regulations
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Vectorworks software with demonstrated experience in architectural design and documentation
• Previous experience working on residential and commercial projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
