Tus funciones reportando al manager de la plataforma, serán las siguientes:
- Definir, planificar y coordinar el plan de formación.
- Liderar y motivar al equipo de logística, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos y tiempos de entrega establecidos. Esto incluye asignar tareas, ofrecer capacitación y orientación, y evaluar el desempeño del equipo.
- Deberá controlar, evaluar y consolidar unos KPI logísticos, como el tiempo de entrega, el nivel de servicio, los costos de transporte y la precisión de los pedidos. Debe analizar estos indicadores para identificar áreas de mejora y tomar acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
- Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias del servicio logístico. Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos estándar en todas las áreas del servicio logístico y la manutención del estado de referencia (5S)
- Será el punto de contacto principal para los clientes y proveedores en asuntos relacionados con la logística . Debe establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas, asegurando un excelente servicio al cliente y una colaboración efectiva con los proveedores.
- Deberá identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y proponer soluciones para aumentar la eficiencia y reducir los costos operativos.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento del estado de referencia en los almacenes y centros productivos.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud ocupacional en todas las áreas del servicio logístico.
Requisitos del puesto:
- Grado en Ingeniería o Grado en Logistica
- 5 años al menos de experiencia en puestos similares
- Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y resolver problemas de manera efectiva
- Valorable manejo de SAP

Your role as an Assitant, Registrar's Office will involve

- Maintain and update project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
- Assist in managing and tracking project tasks, ensuring that team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.

- Provides the Associate Director and General Secretary with the necessary support.
- Assist in the preparation of reports.
