Funciones

• Gestión y resolución de incidencias N2 (análisis, diagnóstico, reproducción de errores, escalado a N3 si procede).
• Mantenimiento evolutivo menor y soporte funcional/técnico.
• Ejecución de consultas en bases de datos (Oracle, PostgreSQL) y análisis de logs/trazas.
• Validación técnica en entornos no productivos, soporte en despliegues y ventanas de mantenimiento.
• Propuestas de optimización técnica y funcional.
• Actualización de documentación (manuales, runbooks, procedimientos).

• Experiencia en soporte N2 y BAU en banca.
