Customer Service Representative (Greek C2) Automotive Industry

Location: Barcelona (hybrid)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 (no weekends)
Remote Work: Work from home most of the month and up to 15 days per year from any EU country

Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key contact for our customers in the automotive sector. You will become a tire expert, offering personalized recommendations, sharing exclusive promotions, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
-Provide expert tire recommendations based on vehicle specifications and driving needs
-Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
-Communicate via phone, email, and chat to ensure high-quality service
-Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction

Requisitos
Requirements:
Greek C2 level and fluency in English and/or Spanish
Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Wired internet connection (Ethernet) required for remote work
Residency in Barcelona, with mandatory office presence up to 5 days per month
