Then we might have the perfect job for you as Design Engineer (Electrical/electronics) in Avanti Wind Systems Technology, S.L.

The R&D Wind team is responsible for developing and maintaining Avanti products designs.

The Design Engineer (Electrical / Electronics) will focus on the development of next generation controls and safety systems in cooperation with AGCSS to make products smarter and adapted to modern technologies.

With reference to R&D Manager and as part of the R&D team, you will join an exciting journey in a multinational company with a clear growth strategy and a relevant R&D Department located in Zaragoza (Spain).

Overall, the work tasks are related to: Develop and maintain control and safety systems Develop and maintain sensors / systems for remote / condition monitoring Test new designs and coordinate deployment of new designs and versions Provide technical support internally and to customers on electrical design (control and safety systems) Cooperate with other R&D team members and other departments on product development projects.

Create / Update / Maintain technical documentation for the products (control programs, wiring diagrams, material specifications, spare part lists, bill of materials…) Cooperate on creating design guidelines, internal training, continuous improvement activities Develop and maintain sensors / systems for remote / condition monitoring Cooperate with other companies within the Alimak Group defining the strategy of the controls and sensors of the future and sharing know how and experiences.

We expect that you are: Experienced in development of embedded control systems and in design of lifts or machinery controls and safety.

You have experience in launching and deploying.

You have a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

You have Knowledge of software and coding for control systems.

(C, C#, C++), Eplan P8 or similar electrical design software, control design and simulation software.

You are Microsoft Office expert You are proactive, organize and rigorous, you enjoy working in multinational environment and you are willing to travel occasionally worldwide.

You have strong self-managing abilities, time and prioritization skills and familiar with ERP and Product Data Management software.

Finally, you are proficient in written and spoken English language.
