MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Publication Supervision Verify and ensure that each post is published correctly on all platforms.

Monitor comments and interactions to encourage audience engagement.

Comprehensive Content Management Review the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.

Write compelling copy, calls to action (CTAs), titles, and covers that capture the audience's attention.

Analyze and review previously generated videos to identify necessary improvements.

Analysis and Optimization Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) on social platforms.

Propose adjustments based on results to optimize content strategy.

Collaborate with the team to improve content recording processes.

Creation of Engaging Storytelling Create captivating narratives that spark interest and foster audience loyalty.

Review and collaborate with the video production team to ensure each piece effectively communicates the intended message.

Content creation skills are valued but not mandatory.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience in writing persuasive and engaging copy.

Ability to create stories that captivate the audience.

Knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their respective metrics.

Proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Availability to address issues related to content publication.
