Las mujeres jóvenes destinatarias de este recurso provienen de entornos familiares donde han sido

víctimas o testigos del maltrato físico, sexual o psicológico que han ejercido sobre ellas las personas que

deberían haber sido sus vínculos afectivos más sólidos, constituyendo, desde su infancia, la violencia, la

técnica que ha utilizado su entorno familiar más próximo para educarlas, dominarlas o doblegar su

voluntad, convirtiéndolas en mujeres con una mayor vulnerabilidad psicológica al maltrato.

El perfil de las mujeres que se atenderán en este recurso, es el de mujeres jóvenes, con edades

comprendidas entre los 18 y 35 años, sin cargas familiares, que padezcan o hayan padecido violencia en

su entorno familiar, social o institucional, y que presenten problemas de desestructuración personal

careciendo de apoyo familiar y/o de recursos económicos.

Funciones Generales

• Detección y análisis de las necesidades demandadas, explícitas e implícitas, en su ámbito de
  
  

intervención. -Búsqueda de recursos adecuados a sus necesidades. -Acompañamiento en las decisiones de las usuarias que favorezcan su autonomía.

Objetivos específicos - Promover su autonomía y responsabilidad, colaborando en la recuperación de su autoestima, como

requisito fundamental en su rehabilitación personal y social. - Organización de talleres orientados al crecimiento personal y autonomía de las mujeres, búsqueda de

empleo, entre otros. - Procurar la adquisición de nuevas habilidades sociales o el reforzamiento de las ya existentes. - Generar alternativas de ocio y tiempo libre en un entorno saludable. - Ante consultas, peticiones y/o dudas específicas de las residentes derivar a la profesional encargada

del área pertinente (educadora, trabajadora social o psicóloga) y registro en canales de comunicación. - Acompañamiento en el día a día y resolución de dudas relacionadas con normativa, horario,

actividades… - Realización de cuadrantes y supervisión de tareas.

Teletrabajo Maya

Flying Bark Productions is working on exciting projects such as Netflix's Stranger Things animated series, the recently announced Avatar: The Last Airbender feature film, Marvel Studios’ What If…?, Disney Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, as well as our production Tales From Outer Suburbia by Shaun Tan.

The 3D Modeller will be responsible for executing the CG/3D modelling of characters and environments for the Program/s, with a focus on proxy models, according to the Director’s vision and guided by the look development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct organic and hard surface models which convey the intent of art department reference and are faithful to the style of the production.
• Define the three-dimensional form and two dimensional silhouette of all models as briefed and resolve unspecified details as required;
• Follow guidance from the Program/s creative and technical leaders to realise the Directors vision.
• Reconcile the technical requirements of motion picture quality works including efficient use of geometry; an appropriate level of geometric detail; topology suitable for deformation, UV layout and rendering.
• Create, revise and maintain digital character, prop and environment assets and support end users (as required), responding to guidance and review notes from the Director as well as creative and technical supervisors.
• Constructing the shapes of 3D digital character, prop and environment models in Maya, with a strong working knowledge of UV layout techniques.
• Have solid knowledge of digital sculpting in Z-brush and/or Mudbox and be self sufficient in maintaining the workflows between Maya and these packages.
• Ensure that digital assets meet the studio standards, specifications and conventions with respect to appearance and aesthetics, user friendliness, performance, data integrity, and robustness.
• Support and maintain dialogue with other crew members, including Technical Directors, Riggers and Animators, who make use of the digital assets as required.
• Ensure that weekly modelling department milestones and production deadlines are met, and communication to production of any issues that may impact on this successful delivery.
  
  
  

About You:

• Production experience in animated features/ animated episodic; (Not live action)
• Portfolios with mature, graphic stylization of reality preferred. Somewhat in the vein of Spiderverse, Entergalactic, Arcane and The Witness [Love, Death, Robots] ;
• Demo reels focusing on character and/or environment and assets modelling;
• Solid experience and understanding of Maya in a production based environment.
• Ability to constructing the shapes of 3D digital environments and/or prop models in Maya, with a strong working knowledge of UV layout techniques.
• Experience in Houdini procedural modelling is a plus;
• Solid knowledge of digital sculpting in Z-brush and/or Mudbox and be self sufficient in maintaining the workflows between Maya and these packages.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of modelling and rigging workflows.
• Good sense of traditional anatomy and proportion.
• Ability to flag issues that may impact on the successful delivery of assets within the production schedule.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to share information in a team environment.
• Ability to take direction and be flexible and responsive to change.
• Ability to work independently as well as under direct supervision.
• A passion for modelling and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Fluent in English and/or Spanish language, both written and verbal;
