Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate with hiring managers, TA and the broader People Team to proactively support staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through online channels and groups (LinkedIn and other professional/social platforms)
- Take ownership of coordinating interviews and applicant interaction
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Workable)

Our new Talent Acquisition Partner must be located in regular commuting distance of our Valencia office and will also have the following attributes:
- Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Coordinator, Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Systems. We use Workable and BambooHR
- Passive and proactive Talent Sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, related tools, platforms and networks
- Experience using professional social networks such as LinkedIn
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work with autonomy, take ownership while managing ambiguity
- English and Spanish language (written and spoken)
- Experience working in a rapid-growth (SaaS) Start Up/Scale Up

- Collaborating on ad-hoc HR projects, including data collection, research, and preparation of presentations.
