Join our exciting and dynamic Girona retail team! You will sell our premium cycling apparel. You must have previous experience. You must have permission to work in Spain and speak English and Spanish. This is a full-time permanent position.

Essential Experience Experience selling cycling kit.Knowledge about bikes and cycling kit.Enjoy socialising with customers of all ages and backgrounds.Computer literate, Must learn our point of sale system.Good languages. English conversational minimum. Ideally Spanish and some Catalan although not essential.A love and passion for cycling. • Desempeñar un papel clave en la gestión de las ventas diarias y ser un representante de la marca.
• Proporcionar un servicio de primera calidad, asegurándonos de que los clientes, nuevos y habituales, tengan una experiencia excepcional cuando compran con nosotros.
• Trabajar en equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y participar en la ejecución de las operaciones diarias.
• Ayudar a gestionar el producto y aplicar las directrices de Visual Merchandising de la compañía
  
  

• Experiencia previa en ventas y atención al cliente (al menos 6 meses).
• Ser capaz de ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente.
• Disfrutar del reto de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
• Orientado/a a soluciones, responsable, organizado/a, capaz de realizar varias tareas simultáneamente en entornos de ritmo rápido.
• Ser extrovertido/a y sociable, con buenas aptitudes para el trabajo en equipo.
• Nivel de inglés B2. Otros idiomas son un plus.
