The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Agent to join our team. You´ll be responsible for working with clients looking to buy properties around the Costa Blanca area. The day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, listing properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. If you’re ambitious, innovative, and ready to support our expanding portfolio, you’ll thrive here.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate is motivated, service-oriented, detail-focused, with a good attitude and committed to long-term client relationships. Real estate or property management experience is a plus, along with knowledge of the local market.
Key skills and attributes include:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfort with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and daily tech use.
- Client Focus: Ability to create a welcoming, professional experience for clients and colleagues.
- Adaptability: Ready to take initiative in a high-energy, evolving environment.
- A valid driving license is required for property visits.
