• Strong leadership and management experience in the hospitality industry
• Fluency in Spanish and English, extra languages are a plus

WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?

• Manage the hotel strategically without losing our culture, values & vision out of sight
• Know your KPIs & take actions accordingly - from budgeting to costs & revenue to cashflow
• Lead up to 100 employees and create, shape and strengthen team-spirit & teamwork
• Be present for your team, demonstrating genuine interest and fostering a supportive environment
• Be a warm & welcoming host: treat every guest with respect & care and ensure they feel at home
• Create, control & optimize SOP`s to ensure smooth, daily operations and maintain qualities
• Stay creative & develop our product & guest experiences cheerfully
• Represent Bikini Hotels on Mallorca, nurturing strong, new & existing partnerships to grow our brand
• Steady communication, fruitful collaboration & reliable reporting to the Head Office
• Always up-to-date with legal regulations, hottest trends in hospitality & fresh island news
