We are seeking an organised, proactive, and adaptable Legal and Administrative Support Officer to join a dynamic team providing high-level legal support and administrative assistance in a fast-paced, international environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in both legal research and administrative tasks, with the ability to handle sensitive data and manage various operational functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Support: Assist legal officers in conducting research, preparing legal documents, and supporting day-to-day legal operations.
Administrative Support: Provide vital administrative support to the team, including organising meetings, drafting documents, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations and reports.
Team Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and between other departments and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow and collaboration.
Document Management: Support the management of documentation by ensuring it is properly filed and archived in compliance with organisational policies.
Data Protection: Work closely with the Data Protection Officer to promote best practices in data security and personal data protection across the organisation.

Requisitos
What Were Looking For:
Educational Background: A post-secondary qualification (diploma) or equivalent professional experience that aligns with the responsibilities of the role.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in legal or administrative support roles, preferably in international or cross-cultural environments.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with document management systems or data protection is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (at least B2 level or equivalent), both written and spoken. Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
Personal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
High levels of organisation, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while maintaining attention to detail.

Buscamos una persona con iniciativa, capaz de saber gestionar diferentes tareas de forma simultánea, contacto con programas ofimáticos, con grandes habilidades comunicativas y una predisposición hacia el orden y la organización.
Funciones principales:
-Gestión de la agenda y coordinación de reuniones.
-Coordinación de viajes, reserva de salas etc.
-Realización de informes y presentaciones.
-Atención de llamadas telefónicas y mensajes.
-Tareas de facturación y gestión de CRM.
-Atención 360º a las necesidades de las distintas áreas de la firma.
Requisitos
-Imprescindible experiencia previa como assistant de al menos tres años.
-Imprescindible experiencia en facturación.
-Imprescindible nivel de inglés advanced (se realizará prueba de nivel).
-Nivel avanzado de Power Point
