GECOL, compañía dedicada a la fabricación y venta de morteros industriales, así como soluciones integrales para la construcción, e integrada en el Grupo SOPREMA, fabricante y comercializador de materiales para la construcción líder en el sector, precisamos un/a TÉCNICO/A DE LABORATORIO ubicad@ en la fábrica de Valdemoro para reforzar el equipo técnico.
Tareas
- Supervisión y control de calidad de las materias primas y productos acabados
- I+D+i, desarrollo y/u optimización de productos
- Atención telefónica, o presencial en obra en caso necesario, de las posibles no conformidades o reclamaciones
- En constante contacto con el terreno, deberá colaborar y dar apoyo técnico y asesoramiento a producción y a la red comercial, así como impartir jornadas de formación en puntos de venta/clientes
- Estudios Universitarios Química o Física (Licenciatura / Grado / Máster) o Técnico Superior de laboratorio
- Disponibilidad para viajar en ámbito nacional
- Conocimientos avanzados de ofimática (MS Office)
- Carné de conducir y vehículo propio para acceder al centro de trabajo
- Persona en busca de un proyecto estable, a largo plazo
- Actitudes buscadas: persona responsable, proactiva, curiosa, dinámica y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo
- Contrato Indefinido con periodo de prueba
- Jornada Completa, horario partido: de 9 a 13 y de 14 a 18h

Below, we have provided a high level view of what the role entails, with the complete job description discussed in detail during our interviewing process.
- Lead clinic staff, in behaviors, actions and attitude (e.g. X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists) in delivering excellent patient care. Provide guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely matter and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis. As well as build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, as well as responsibly prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely matter and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.

- Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management. Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence:
- Completes all required preceptor training in order to effectively onboard and train new hires in centers of excellence.
- Engage with Learning and Development to manage onboarding and training of new employees.
- Meet new employees on first day in clinic and facilitate welcome and introductions, facility tours, and clinic process overview.
- Partners with Learning and Development and new hiresestablish a training plan and review training schedule. Communicates with learning and development as appropriate.
- Submits weekly evaluations on your trainee's progress to Learning and Development. Communicates training progress or concerns as appropriate to operations leadership and learning and development.
- Completes final evaluation and Proof of Proficiency form and submits to learning and development on final training day.
