About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.
We are looking for an IT Intern with a passion for technology and the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical team members. A solid understanding of hardware, software, networks, and information management systems is required. You should be comfortable multitasking and supporting various departments with their daily technological needs.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networks, and computer hardware/software configuration.
- Familiarity with hardware and software technical support: maintenance, repair, and upgrade of devices such as computers, printers, and other tech equipment.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of collaboration tools such as Google Workspace.
- Experience with hospitality management software such as Property Management Systems (PMS), booking systems, and other platforms used in the hotel industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork orientation, and a solutions-driven attitude.

Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, providing information about spa services and amenities.
- Ensure that all spa supplies and amenities are stocked and replenished as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Assist therapists and other staff as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly, welcoming, and attentive to guest needs, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience in the spa.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and common spaces.
- Physical Stamina: Able to stand and move around for long periods, as well as perform tasks such as cleaning and restocking supplies.

The Role of the Bell Attendant
The Bell Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. The Bell Attendant is stationed at the bell stand outside the hotel and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure. The Bell Attendant transports luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or into temporary storage. The Bell Attendant also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation.
Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and
picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front
Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism,
customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel
personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Greets all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Performs shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing
- Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel
- Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room.
- Assists guests at the Concierge Desk.
- Assisst with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Door
