Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key contact for our customers in the automotive sector.
Main Responsibilities:
Concierge Services: Offers personal assistance for clients, facilitating information, bookings, recommendations, and travel advice. Resolves claims, concerns, suggestions, or queries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Emergency Response: Handles accident-related situations by instantly contacting vehicle occupants and coordinating necessary actions, utilizing vehicle-transmitted data for prompt assistance.
Roadside Assistance: Provides comprehensive support during breakdowns or accidents. Diagnoses issues remotely, organizes repair services, and ensures client mobility by arranging alternative solutions such as replacement vehicles or accommodations.
Vehicle Tracking: Assists in locating stolen vehicles through GPS tracking and data collection, collaborating with authorities to recover the vehicle effectively.

Requisitos
Requirements:
Italian C2 level and fluency in English and/or Spanish.
Customer service experience (preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Wired internet connection (Ethernet) required for remote work.
Residency in Barcelona, with mandatory office presence up to 5 days per month

Si tienes formación en Químico/a, Farmacia o Formulación cosmética ¡Te estamos buscando!
Importante laboratorio cosmético ubicado en Barcelona está seleccionando un perfil de Responsable para el departamento de I+D.
Te unirás y liderarás a un equipo de 3 personas y serás la persona responsable de trabajar en la formulación de nuevos cosméticos y reformulación de otros, llevando a cabo todos los procesos de validación y regulación internos necesarios para asegurar la posterior comercialización de los productos.

Entre tus funciones y responsabilidades están las siguientes:
- Formulación de nuevos productos cosméticos y mejora de los existentes.
- Supervisión de todas las etapas del desarrollo.
- Establecer y supervisar el timing de cada proyecto.
- Diseño de los estudios de estabilidad y redacción de los informes finales.
- Coordinación de tests y pruebas de aplicación.
- Elaboración y actualización de los métodos de fabricación.
- Elaboración de la documentación necesaria para la puesta en mercado de los productos cosméticos.
- Seguimiento de cambios regulatorios y análisis de impacto en las fórmulas existentes.
Requisitos
Formación universitaria en Químico/a o Farmacia
Muy valorable Máster en Cosmética (formulación cosmética)
Experiencia mínimo 1 año en formulación o I+D cosmética
Inglés B2 mínimo

Contrato indefinido directo por empresa.
Horario de 7h a 15h de Lunes a Viernes.
Salario 30.000 brutos anuales.
