Mission

Your mission will be to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during the construction project of the solar park that will take place in Belinchón, Cuenca. Efficiently manage the documentation and support the team in implementing best practices to maintain a safe work environment in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Construction SSMA and RC Manager in all administrative tasks
• Execution of administrative tasks related to project contracts: request for quotes, receipt of orders, verification of delivery notes, review of invoices.
• Management of documentation related to the construction personnel, both Zelestra and subcontractors, for validation through a documentary platform.
• Management of the documentary archive of the construction site.
  
  

• Administrative professional training or Occupational Risk Prevention professional training
• Essential: Construction occupational risk prevention course, minimum 20 hours (Spain)
• Sharepoint and ERP
• Microsoft Office
