We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Relations Specialist with a digital interest. As the heart of our company, the Market Ops. Department is made up of different teams and is responsible to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with our existing and new partners. You will be working directly alongside our Head of Market Ops.

Responsabilities:
- Maintain strong communication and foster relationships with existing clients.
- Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with new and potential clients.
- Assist in reconciling billing by obtaining approved sales and managing invoicing processes.
- Regularly update and maintain internal tracking boards.
- Oversee the onboarding process for eCommerce clients, guiding them through implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to review campaign performance, results, and strategies.
- Conduct monthly meetings with clients to discuss progress and opportunities.
- Ensure budget alignment and effective allocation of resources.
- The ideal candidate has a natural positive “Go Get” attitude.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Must be well organized and be able to self-manage tasks/schedule.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Possess multitasking skills and be able to see situations from multiple angles.
- Adaptability and a strong desire to self-learn and research in this field.
- Must be a clear communicator with a focus on customer service.
- Must be able to negotiate agreements, persuade potential affiliates, and advocate for the program’s interests
