La persona seleccionada será responsable de llevar a cabo tareas clave relacionadas con la gestión del personal, el reclutamiento y la administración de recursos humanos.
Requisitos:
- Nivel de estudios: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior, preferiblemente estudios en RRLL, Administración, Recursos Humanos o áreas afines.
- Experiencia previa mínima 2 años en puestos similares, especialmente en gestión administrativa y selección de personal.
- Conocimientos sólidos en legislación laboral y procesos administrativos relacionados con recursos humanos.
- Habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas de manera eficiente.
- Dominio de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión de personal.
- Actitud proactiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo, contribuyendo al desarrollo de un entorno colaborativo.
- Residencia en Marbella o disponibilidad para trasladarse a la localidad.
