🧑 💻 ¿Qué funciones desarrollarás en tu día a día?
- Gestión de registros y procedimientos: Mantener los registros del APPCC y aplicar correctamente las BPM.
- Control de calidad en planta: Inspeccionar procesos y verificar materia prima y producto terminado.
- Auditorías y soporte documental: Apoyar en auditorías y colaborar en acciones correctivas.
- Promoción de la cultura de calidad: Fomentar la seguridad alimentaria y elaborar informes e indicadores.
🛠️ ¿Qué requisitos y habilidades son necesarios para el puesto?
- Formación: Titulación en Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos, Química, Veterinaria o afines.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en puestos similares.
- Habilidades técnicas: Conocimientos en APPCC y certificaciones de seguridad alimentaria (IFS, BRC, FSSC 22.000, ecológico), toma de muestras y control de calidad de materias primas y productos.
- Valorable: Nivel de inglés medio.

Job Summary
Maintains product levels and quality control in frozen food and dairy departments. Ensures products are displayed in accordance with Company standards and all regulatory food safety practices. Promotes customer service and sales building practices.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintains full stock conditions on frozen food and dairy display racks and shelves.
- Operates pallet jack to unload product from warehouse trucks and reloads trucks with return items (partners 18yrs.+).
- Ensures dated product is stocked, rotated, or discarded properly if unsold.
- Inspects product for quality and maintains quality control and food safety standards.
- Collects empty cardboard boxes and other trash and places into bailer (partners 18yrs.+).
- Assists fellow partners and customers by responding to price check questions and exchanging and/or locating product.
- Promotes product sales through use of suggestive selling initiatives.
- Provides friendly and customer service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, and responding to customer complaints.
- Maintains clean, safe and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to Company safety procedures. Complies with all Company policies and procedures.
- Takes precautionary safety measures when using equipment and work tools.
- Ability to operate manual or electric pallet jack (partners 18yrs.+).
- Ability to safely operate and maintain department equipment.
- Ability to handle objects gently to avoid damage to items, people, vehicles, and property.
- Ability to safely work with sharp objects such as knives, box cutters, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well with fellow partners and promote a team environment.
- Ability to learn new technology systems, methods and processes.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be attentive to potential hazards and remedy or place appropriate warning signs or devices around or near the hazard as soon as is reasonably possible.
- Must report any potential hazards that cannot be immediately remedied to a supervisor.
- Minimum of 18 years of age required to operate equipment.
- Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.
- Food Handler certification required.
- Typically involves on-the-job training.

Job Summary
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
- Stock locker room with proper paper product
- Report broken amenities or equipment such as toilets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc. to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead.
- Turn lost member property into Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead via Baseline Fitness’s lost and found policy immediately.
- Customer Service: communicates and interacts with customers (includes coworkers and the public) in a way that exceeds the customer’s wants and needs.
- Listening: actively listens to customers, (includes coworkers and the public) empathizes (sees the situation from the customer’s perspective) and works together to solve the problem.
- Problem Solving: recognizes and defines problems; analyzes relevant information; encourages alternative solutions and plans to resolve situations; seeks additional assistance when needed.
- Diplomacy: demonstrates tact and skill in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Reach and feel with hands/fingers/arms at least 75% of the shift.
