As part of our Field Services Technician team, you’ll provide expert-level installation and Servicess of cutting-edge technology. As a technician, you will have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential by leveraging Services and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on you to act with honesty and integrity as you offer what they have been looking for — peace of mind.

So, whether you’re an experienced Field Technician, a sales rep looking for a change, or just a motivated, coachable individual, we want to speak with you!

• Exceptional customer Services skills
• Sales experience – car sales, retail sales, insurance sales, B2C sales, call center experience
• Field technician experience – cable installation, internet Installation, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar technician
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Someone who thrives in a team environment as well as independently
  
  

Physical Demands Of The Job

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet
• Work in attics and other limited-space areas
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

• Gestión de Colas y Aforos: Organizarás eficientemente las colas y controlarás el aforo en la entrada de la tienda, asegurando un flujo constante y ordenado de personas. 🚶♀️🚶♂️
• Control de Acceso: Supervisarás y gestionarás el flujo de personas que acceden al establecimiento, manteniendo un ambiente seguro y controlado. 🔒
• Imagen y Presentación del Espacio: Te asegurarás de que la zona de entrada esté siempre ordenada, limpia y visualmente atractiva. Cuidarás de la correcta disposición de la señalética básica. ✨
• Apoyo y Coordinación: Colaborarás con el equipo de seguridad, ofreciendo apoyo disuasorio y coordinando acciones cuando sea necesario para mantener la seguridad y el orden. 🤝
• Atención e Información al Cliente: Serás el primer punto de contacto para los clientes, ofreciendo atención, orientación básica y respondiendo a sus consultas rápidas de manera eficiente y cordial. 🗣️
