Key job responsibilities
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing

- Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture
- Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service

You’ll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You’ll also monitor and maintain process efficiency. Your days will always include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks like individual escalations, process improvement work and wide-scale operational contingency planning.
Being a key part of the operations team involves working with colleagues in other teams and external partners to make sure we stay on track to meet our customer demands and targets. This will involve analysing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area, as well as discussing the operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or working towards a bachelor’s degree)
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
- Relevant experience in performing data analysis

- Work with partner sellers on key Account Management levers (selection, conversion, international expansion, logistics and supply chain, promotions, advertising, brand management, etc.) to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.
- Train partner sellers on the tools available in the management interface (Seller Central account) to ensure their autonomy.
- Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes. Develop new skills by working on cross-functional projects in an international environment.
- Achieve the objectives of launching new businesses on Amazon.fr and support third-party sellers in growing their revenue.
- Build trusting relationships with existing partner sellers with high potential and support them in developing their business on Amazon.
- Become an expert in one or more development programs (international expansion, logistics and supply chain, promotions, advertising, brand management, etc.) that enable partner sellers to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.
- Work with high-potential French partner sellers to develop their growth through your specific program.
- Collect feedback from seller experience on your program and support the development of this program.

The AMPS (Amazon Marketplace Professional Services) program is Amazon's consulting service for Marketplace key accounts. It offers a premium and customized solution to support these partner sellers in their strategic decisions. Drawing on Amazon's many areas of expertise, we offer them strategies tailored to their needs to help them define and meet their goals: stimulate sales, develop their business and satisfy their customers.
- Articulate value propositions around our paid service programs.
- Strategically manage a portfolio of 10 to 20 partner sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth in France and Europe based on a solid understanding of programs, tools, and processes.
- Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize partner seller potential across all modules: selection, conversion, international expansion, logistics and supply chain, promotions, advertising strategies, brand management.
- Prepare and present regular business plans with partner sellers in your portfolio.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem and competitive environment.
- Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes. Develop new skills by working on cross-functional projects in an international environment.
- Achieve the objectives on seller satisfaction support third-party sellers in growing their revenue.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
- Strong interest in the E-commerce sector
- Excellent level of French and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, good management of complexity
- Ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more successful commercial experiences in managing customer accounts
- Experience in the e-commerce sector, in account management, sales, or consulting
- Ability to exceed marketing/conversion targets using a consulting approach focused on solutions
