About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Storekeeping Assistant to join our Purchasing Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Receipt of goods according to the correct specifications indicated in the purchase order.
• Entering purchase orders into the system.
• Placing orders for supplies and materials required for hotel operations and handling  merchandise returns.
• Orders preparation and transfers to the different departments.
• Control of warehouse stock as well as rotations.
• Maintaining the order and correct functioning of the warehouse.
• Inventory taking.
   

• Any purchasing control system’s experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in 5 star properties 
• At least 1 year in similar Job in hotel Industry.

•  Person with positive attitude and willingness to learn.

•  Desirable: Multi lingual in English.
