Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc opened its doors in summer 2024 on the south-east tip of Mallorca, in the peaceful village of Colònia de Sant Jordi. With 130 guest rooms & suites, our new NENI Mallorca Es Trenc, two bar outlets, a concept store & PICNIC shop, spacious event and retreat areas and a lush & magical garden area stretching to the Mediterranean sea the experience has only just begun. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, financial management, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

• ...excellent product, wine & hospitality knowledge
• …an authentic, passionate & storytelling host
• ...a creative, curious & cosmopolitan multitasker with hands-on mentality
• ...an empowering & motivating personality striving in multicultural & energetic teams
• …an honest communicator, resilient doer & detail-oriented organizer
• …more of an Upseller and not just a seller
• ...fluently speaking English and Spanish, German is a nice plus – the more languages the better

 WHAT’S YOR JOB ABOUT?

• Strategic & operational placement and management of the new NENI Colònia de Sant Jordi restaurant
• In charge of smooth daily operations & exceeding our and the NENI Franchises’ high quality standards, while steadily improving the product & guest experience
• Supplier & order management according to the NENI Operations Manual
• Lead job interviews, recruit & train your Restaurant team
• Be a host: be present for our guests and show real interest by heart & soul
• Be a team leader: hands-on mentality, working schedules, staff-trainings, motivate, escalate
• Be a manager: know your numbers & be on top of the game
• Sparrings partner to our Head Chef & reporting to our F&B Manager
