Job Description Técnico Compras / Backoffice: - Perfil gestión de compras.

• Organización y seguimiento constante de pedidos realizados: Controlar los plazos de entrega, estado de los artículos, recepción y condiciones de las facturas y entrega de las mismas a contabilidad para su registro, pago y contabilización.
• Creación, tramitación y gestión de los pedidos de venta y de compra de producto y servicios, en el plazo adecuado.
• Control de calidad de los productos en colaboración con el área de logística. Gestión de incidencias y reclamaciones.
• Gestión y control del stock (Inventario) en colaboración con el área de logística.
• Participación activa en diferentes proyectos del departamento.
  
  

Requisitos: - Buscamos una persona atenta al detalle, proactiva, eficiente y apasionada.

• Capacidad analítica
• Formación en Administración, interiorismo o similares.
• Valoración formación específica en compras/backoffice.
• Valorable B1 – B2 inglés.
• Conocimiento de Microsoft Office y MS Dynamics Navision o SAP.

Assistant breeding Tomato

at our station in Almería (Spain).

Within the breeding department of Rijk Zwaan we are developing new varieties for different climatic conditions. The assistant is involved in practical breeding activities such as valuating and reporting on the various selection and variety trials. Sowing, crosses, harvesting, seed logistic and reporting the results in our breeding administration system; 10% of the job has office tasks like planning and co-ordination of trials in database.

We Are Seeking An Assistant Breeding With

• Higher vocational training in Agriculture
• Good team player
• Good communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Have a keen eye for detail and take a pragmatic approach
• Good knowledge of Spanish
