In this role, you will engage with our Spanish-speaking customers to provide support, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Your strong communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will be essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English
- Provide detailed information about products and services, assisting with order placements
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up actions are taken
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality
- Stay informed about company policies and product knowledge to provide effective assistance
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
