Empresa internacional alemana especializada en Inyección de Plásticos para la fabricación de dispositivos de administración de fármacos y componentes farmacéuticos/as, busca incorporar en sus plantas productivas localizadas en las proximidades de Vilafranca del Penedès, Barcelona, a un/a Pocess Engineer.
Diseñarás y optimizarás procesos de forma sostenible mediante la estandarización de los procesos productivos siguiendo las directrices marcadas por la compañía, la legislación y normativas vigentes.
-Darás soporte en la implantación de nuevos procesos productivos o cambios de procesos existentes asegurando que el lay-out y flujo de materiales, personas y datos del proceso productivo sean robustos, seguros y eficientes mediante el uso óptimo de los materiales y recursos de producción (p.e. consumibles, tiempo ciclo, mano de obra directa, espacio de la sala limpia, energía, tareas de mantenimiento, orden y limpieza, etc.), además de la revisión documental.
-Trabajarás en la estandarización de los procesos existentes, en la creación o modificación y gestión de los procedimientos internos.
-Participarás en la elaboración de AMFES y en análisis de riesgos, además de colaborar en la definición, ejecución e implantación de los Controles de Cambio.
-Serás partícipe de la detección y definición de necesidades de inversión para cumplir con los objetivos de la compañía, elaborando y ejecutando planes de acción, colaborarás en la elaboración de URS de nuevos equipos de producción.
-Participar en grupos de mejora y actividades Kaizen, colaborando en el estudio e implementación de Ideas de Mejorade los/las empleados/as.

Requisitos
Formación en Ingeniería Técnico/a.
Experiencia profesional en el sector de la Industria como Ingeniero/a de procesos o mejora continua.
Inglés alto.
Muy valorable conocimientos en AMFE, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, ISO 9001 & 13485.
Nivel alto de Office.
Carnet de conducir vigente y vehículo propio para acceder a las instalaciones (no hay disponibilidad de transporte público).

Job Description
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be involved in Emissions, Fuel Economy and energy consumption team of Powertrain Department. The activities to be carried out will consist in complete vehicle testing in the field of emissions, fuel and energy consumption and range, mainly related with Japanese, European and USA requirements for all kind of vehicle technologies: ICE, PHEV, HEV and EV .
Responsibilities
- Support a Project Manager with projects related to emission and energy consumption testing.
- Schedule and organization of testing projects.
- Project Management.
- Preparation of the quotation for the customers.
- Check, validation of testing and reporting of the projects.
- Presentations (commercials and projects) to the customers.
- Follow up and control of the projects.
- Revision of technical requirements.
- Know how about testing protocols (wordwide).
- Organization of technicians and mechanics activities on the laboratory.
Profile
- Previous experience on emissions or energy consumption measurements, testing and project management are valuable.
- Degree in Industrial/mechanical engineering. (MSc valued).
- Other engineering degrees or master acceptable depending on competences and experience.
- High level of English.
- German valuable.

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Development Engineer to join an exciting project. The right candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment alongside a team of technicians and engineers to deliver a product that meets all attribute targets.

Tasks
- Plan and execute tests in an automotive environment on the vehicle and system level, ensuring compliance with safety, performance and timing requirements.
- Manage and monitor the prototype vehicle build process, including planning and coordination.
- Develop verification and validation plans to ensure thorough testing of vehicle components and systems.
- Coordinate and oversee project activities in accordance with client requirements, ensuring successful execution, effective resource allocation, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Document and report test results using internal tools and processes, maintaining a structured approach.
- Anticipate future test needs and collaborate with test engineers and workshop technicians to plan accordingly.
- Identify and implement new test methods that align with vehicle requirements.
- Optimize and streamline tools and lab equipment used in testing activities.
- Propose design improvements for components based on test results and analysis.
- Conduct data analysis, correlate data to vehicle requirements, and verify whether acceptance criteria are met.
- Support cross-functional root cause analysis, tracking and documenting issues discovered during testing activities related to hardware, software, or integration failures.
- Process strong troubleshooting skills to identify, report, and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Adhere to Health and Safety legislation and uphold Outrigo’s workplace standards to create a safe and productive work environment.
- 1st Class Bachelor or Masters degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Motorsport Engineering
- Previous experience in vehicle testing and development within OEM, Tier-one, or testing facilities.
- Previous experience with use of vehicle testing and data acquisition tools.
- Excellent knowledge of SW Diagnostic tools and skilled in troubleshooting techniques to quickly identify and rectify problems.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Desirable experience with proving ground testing.
- Excellent team-worker, who is agile, proactive, and has a "startup" attitude.
- Track record demonstrating creativity and ingenuity.
- Proficient in conducting full vehicle testing, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of all vehicle attributes.
- Proven track record of building strong written and verbal relationships internally and with external customers.
- Capable of utilizing problem solving techniques within tight timing constraints, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of challenges.
- Possession of a valid B driver’s license is mandatory, and having a D or C license would be considered advantageous.
