Empresa del sector energético busca personal para el departamento de innovación de la compañía para encargarse de la gestión administrativa y económica de proyectos de innovación europeos y nacionales. 

Funciones: 

Tareas propias de gestión administrativa de proyectos de innovación europeos y nacionales

• Gestión administrativa de ayudas de financiación externa de la innovación (convocatorias I+D+I nacionales y europeas). 
• Seguimiento de los proyectos y preparación de la documentación administrativa y financiera para asegurar su correcta justificación ante el organismo financiador. 
• Soporte durante la fase de ejecución de los proyectos de I+D+i 
• Establecer mecanismos de control de la tesorería implicada en los proyectos, tanto los cobros como los pagos asociados a los mismos. 
• Apoyar en la preparación y presentación de nuevas propuestas. 
• Hacer el seguimiento de las propuestas presentadas. 
• Seguimiento y control: Supervisar el avance de los proyectos, identificar posibles desviaciones respecto al plan inicial y tomar medidas correctivas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y plazos establecidos. 
• Recopilar, revisar y validar la documentación necesaria en cada expediente.

Requisitos mínimos:

• Imprescindible nivel de inglés C1. 
• Habilidades técnicas: manejo del Paquete Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Disponibilidad para viajar. 

Otros requisitos a valorar: 

• Experiencia en seguimiento y justificación de proyectos de I+D+i ante organismos públicos. 
• Experiencia en gestión de equipos. 

Se ofrece: 

• Contrato de trabajo indefinido 

• Jornada completa con flexibilidad 

• Salario: entre 27.000€ y 30.000€ según valía 

• Incorporación prevista: Abril de 2025
