• Outlier is looking for talented writers with fluency in Spanish to help train generative artificial intelligence models
• This freelance opportunity is remote and hours are flexible, so you can work whenever is best for you
  
  

• Reading Spanish (Spain) text in order to rank a series of responses that were produced by an AI model
• Writing a short story in Spanish (Spain) about a given topic
• Assessing whether a piece of Spanish (Spain) text produced by an AI model is factually accurate
  
  

• Experience as a professional translator
• Professional writing experience (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.)
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or field related to writing
• Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing
  
  

• Currently, pay rates for core project work by Spanish (Spain) writing experts average USD $25 per hour
• Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Certain projects offer incentive payments. Organizada, proactiva, con capacidad de redacción y autogestión.¿Qué funciones llevarás a cabo?

• Planificación y ejecución: Creación del Content plan mensual junto al equipo digital y ejecución en redes sociales para posicionar a nuestros clientes con contenidos alineados a su Brand book y afines a su audiencia. Publicación y programación de los posts. Creación de plan estratégico por canal.
• Análisis y optimización: Reporting, medición y análisis de los datos obtenidos en Social Media. Elaboración de insights y seguimiento de KPi's. Elaboración de reportes.
• Creación de Social content: Creación de contenido y copywriting, junto al equipo creativo.
• Dinamización y Engagement: Diseño, desarrollo y seguimiento de acciones de engagement. Interacción en redes sociales con los usuarios y con otras marcas. Generación de conversación con los seguidores. Retransmisión de eventos y lives.
• Influencers: Búsqueda y elaboración de propuestas de influencers. Cierre de acuerdos. Seguimiento activación y cierre.
• Servicio al cliente: Asistencia y participación en las reuniones de status semanales y atención a peticiones de cliente para gestionarlas acorde al servicio.
• Potenciar oportunidades y minimizar amenazas: Proactividad en presentación de propuestas y detección de oportunidades para entrar en la conversación de nuestras audiencias. Diseñar planes de respuesta anti-crisis, comprendiendo las necesidades y conocimiento de las marcas.
• Insights y tendencias: Seguimiento de las tendencias del sector y redes sociales y aplicar los best practices a nuestras comunicaciones en social.¿Qué necesitamos?
• Profundo conocimiento de las redes sociales y formatos
• Capacidad de gestionar diferentes cuentas a la vez, reseñas, My Business, entre otros.
• Dotes de organización, planificación y gestión del tiempo
• Habilidad en la redación de copys y comprensión de tendencias
• Mente creativa y analíticaRequisitos:
• Grado en Marketing, Comunicación o campo relacionado.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en Community Management y social media.
• Inglés nivel alto, clientes en inglés.
• Conocimientos de campañas de Paid para apoyo a responsable de departamento.
• Agilidad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y adaptarse a entornos de trabajo ágiles.
• Dominio de herramientas de análisis y gestión de redes sociales e influencers
