Como consultora de selección de personal, estamos buscando para nuestro cliente un/a ADJUNTO A DIRECCIÓN ECOMERCE Y MARKETING

Como consultora de selección de personal, estamos buscando para nuestro cliente un/a ADJUNTO/A A DIRECCIÓN DE E-COMMERCE Y MARKETING que lidere proyectos clave en una empresa en plena expansión internacional.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

• Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias para abrir nuevos mercados online (EEUU, UK, Holanda).
• Buscar y coordinar agencias internacionales (SEO, SEM, medios).
• Definir campañas de marketing enfocadas en adquirir y retener clientes.
• Supervisar estrategias y resultados de campañas SEM en mercados internacionales.
• Analizar el rendimiento de la tienda online y proponer mejoras basadas en datos.
• Explorar, testear y medir nuevos canales de adquisición de clientes.
• Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en mercados, canales y productos.
  
  

REQUISITOS

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en adquisición, SEM y crecimiento en e-commerce.
• Conocimientos avanzados en SEM (Google Ads, Meta).
• Dominio de herramientas de análisis como Google Analytics.
• Valorable experiencia en SEO y optimización orgánica.

Descripción y requisitos:

Estamos en búsqueda de titulados en ingeniería superior con al menos un año de experiencia en el desarrollo de proyectos y en la implantación de soluciones BI/ETL.

Experiencia y conocimientos requeridos:

1. Utilización de la herramienta Datastage para la programación de procesos de extracción de datos (ETL).

2. Diseño de flujos de datos de integración, normalización y limpieza

3. Diseño y desarrollo de trabajos y transformaciones

4. Fuerte nivel de SQL

5. Modelización de Bases de datos operacionales y de análisis

6. Generación de documentación técnica y funcional así como colaboración en otras tareas de los proyectos.

7. Ejecución de Batería de Pruebas.

Muy valorable:

1. Conocimientos en alguna de las suites de BI (Oracle BI, Informatica PowerCenter, Python, SAS, SSIS, Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy, Pentaho, Data Service...) o herramientas de exploración como Tableau, QlikView, QlikSense, PowerBI.

The role of a Junior Marketing Analyst at Canonical

We're on the look out for a marketing data analyst to join our team and execute on our growth hacking strategy.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, technology marketing and the use of technology in marketing. The Marketing team at Canonical drives commercial outcomes for the company across its portfolio of products and grows the addressable market through digital marketing campaigns, lifecycle management, events, partnerships and community development. This role sits in the Marketing team reporting to the Growth Engineering Manager.

Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.

What your day will look like

• Utilise advanced data analytics to grow Canonical's product adoption and market penetration
• Focus on quantitative and qualitative data analytics to find insights and meaningful business outcomes
• Design and conduct experiments with data, visualisation and insights into Canonical's target audiences
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams (Product Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, RevOps, etc) to improve the data and tool ecosystem
• Put in place and maintain systems to ensure teams across the company have self-service access to data dashboards
  
  

What we are looking for in you?

• Background in data science, mathematics, actuarial science, or engineering
• Knowledge in advanced statistics, data sciences, coding/scripting languages (Python, JS, etc), and databases (SQL, etc)
• Strength in data analytics and visualisation (Looker Studio, Tableau, Apache Superset, etc)
• Ability to translate business questions to key research objectives
• Ability to identify the best methodology to execute research, synthesise and analyse findings
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Willingness to examine the status quo and resilient in the face of challenges

Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills.
