Our client is currently looking for talented developers who can help with two website migrations (Neutrogena & Rogaine) to Shopify from Salesforce.

This individual should possess extensive hands-on development knowledge in creating Shopify Stores leveraging the appropriate frameworks and coding languages.

Ideally, this candidate has been part of a brand launch within an agency or Client organization collaborating with the marketing, brand, content, digital and technology teams to ensure a successful E2E launch completion.

The ideal candidate would demonstrate technical proficiency in Salesforce and Shopify platforms, possess leadership knowledge specific to the migration process, a deep understanding of ecommerce business processes, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during a migration.

With the development of new D2C channels, our client will be operating in critical launch timelines. This individual must be able to demonstrate early hands-on knowledge to quickly adapt to high demand requests and be able to operate in fast paced environment.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Two website migrations to Shopify and developing the future Shopify Store for the company’s D2C eCommerce team under the Skin health Portfolio.

TOP SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated 6-10+ years of hands-on software development experience with a minimum 3 years of frontend and backend integration experience on the Shopify platform.
This individual must have E2E experience launching Shopify Stores
Proven brand launch experience collaborating with the cross-functional teams within an agency, Client or eCommerce organization

Automation and Factories Shared Resources team has been recently created in IT Transversal & Functions (ITTF) department within IT Group function, to enable the success of projects and IT teams by providing expert project management, UI/UX design, development services and deep expertise in New Ways of Working including Agile methodologies.

The Agile CEO, being part of this team, drives and supports the Agile transformation, to help ITT&F collaborators and their stakeholders to provide working solutions faster with experimentation, openness and smooth collaboration.

Main responsibilities:

As a Coach within the ITT&F Agile COE, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Support, with the help of relays in the groups, the implementation of Agile transformation and the deployment of New Ways of Working
- Participate and define the deployment strategy of the Agile as a standard. Identify and propose a set of Agile tools, methods and practices to improve teams´ performance and efficiency in the delivery of their Products or Programs
- Help to develop an Agile mindset and ownership

- Defining good practices within the Group and on the market, produce guidelines, tools and methods, allowing the deployment of Agile practices. Through a process of co-construction with community members, promote ownership of these guidelines, tools and methods by operational teams. - Lead the Agile ITT&F communityto foster knowledge sharing and co-construction by identifying, preparing and hosting workshops.
- In addition to these responsibilities:

Main responsibilities

- Design and development of IT solutions
- The IT program manager/Tech lead will be responsible to contribute to the technical design of the products, in accordance with operational and technical requirements.
- As an agent of change, he/she will also contribute to agile transformation and the roll out of methods and practices within the platform, including Test and Learn.
- He/she can act as a coach with a view to improving technical skills of the teams.
