Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 3 years of expertise in the Fiber Optic Monitoring Engineering Sector to join our technical team at our Mutilva offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Technical Director to plan, review, and validate projects.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring progress is on track.
- Identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
- Actively manage projects through regular client meetings and communication.
- Maintain financial oversight of projects, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
- Provide commercial support to both existing and potential clients.
- Address and resolve project-related issues and incidents.
- Supervise and contribute to the preparation of technical project documentation.
- Lead, manage, and motivate teams to enhance productivity.
- Monitor and report on KPIs within your area of responsibility.
- High-level English proficiency (C1).
- Strong conflict mediation and resolution skills.
- A business-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a similar project management role, preferably in the fiber optic or related sectors.
