FUNCIONES Y TAREAS

Este puesto estará integrado dentro del Departamento de Comunicación Digital Corporativa y jugará un papel fundamental en la implementación y ejecución de la estrategia corporativa de redes sociales e influencia para la marca, con un enfoque prioritario en su posicionamiento a nivel global.

El objetivo principal de este rol será liderar la gestión integral de los canales sociales del Grupo, impulsando el crecimiento de la comunidad de seguidores hasta alcanzar, al menos, 1 millón, mientras se refuerza la presencia y afinidad de la marca en el ámbito digital a nivel global.

Esta posición es eminentemente nativa digital y se centra en comunicaciones, redes sociales, relaciones públicas e influencers. Independiente del área de Marketing, actuará como un rol transversal y colaborativo entre departamentos.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia global de redes sociales e influencia.
• Impulsar la visibilidad y el liderazgo de la marca Anekke en el entorno digital y a nivel internacional, con especial foco en LATAM y USA.
• Desarrollar estrategias de relaciones públicas globales y liderar campañas internacionales con agencias digitales, influencers y patrocinios.
• Redactar y crear contenidos adaptados a cada canal digital y supervisar toda la comunicación publicada para mantener la calidad y coherencia.
• Identificar y abordar proactivamente potenciales crisis de relaciones públicas, desarrollando estrategias de mitigación efectivas.
• Trabajar en conjunto con Marketing y Tecnología para implementar procesos digitales, asignar y administrar presupuestos para cumplir objetivos estratégicos.
• Realizar análisis continuos del mercado y la competencia a nivel internacional, enfocándose en las tendencias emergentes y las oportunidades de crecimiento en el sector.
  
  

• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en un puesto de dirección, liderando la expansión de una marca, preferiblemente en el sector moda, con enfoque en su internacionalización y crecimiento de la comunidad de seguidores de manera exponencial.
• Formación en el ámbito digital, y valorable haber completado un grado o máster en desarrollo de negocio.
• Conocimientos profundos de plataformas de redes sociales (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) y habilidades en el uso de herramientas de análisis de redes sociales.
• Dominio de estrategias en entorno digital, redes sociales e influencers.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés (otros idiomas son una ventaja)
