- We are seeking a Night Receptionist M/F to join our dynamic team at Menorca Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Welcome and assist guests during nighttime hours as soon as they arrive at the hotel.
- Handle all reception operations during the night shift: late check-ins, early check-outs, invoicing, and providing accommodation information and concierge services.

(hybrid role)
Your Mission
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as an HR consultant on a broad range of organizational issues to the business, providing advice and consultation to managers and employees on Employee Relations matters while strengthening company values.
Your Major Accountabilities
- Lead Selection processes & ensure that new employees are effectively onboarded into the organization.
- HR reporting and maintenance of employee data in different databases (Success Factors, Open text, Milena, etc).
- Coordinate operations with the payroll vendor (contracts, terminations and incidents).
- Ensure the implementation and application of agreed policies, processes, systems and programs and strive for best practices of HR activities, but always with the business requirements in mind;
- Implement the HR Agenda to affiliates under the scope (Spain, Portugal, Greece & Mexico, Brasil) in order to enable the company to reach its business objectives.
- Recommend and implement people solutions suitable for our local team environment whilst maintaining alignment with the approach across the rest of the company.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and partner with the management team to effectively communicate business strategies, goals, values, and performance expectations.
- Provide advice and consultation to managers and employees on Employee Relations matters; counsel and coach managers and employees on work-related issues.
- Ensure effective communication takes place on HR-related matters at all levels of the organization and help the business to communicate more effectively on all people-related matters.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase employee engagement for the different teams.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Be point contact for the performance appraisal process for the relevant groups.
- Solid experience in an HR Generalist/ HR Consultant / HR role (at least 2 years)
- Previous Experience in HR Partnering is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization in sectors like FMCG, retail, life sciences
- Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations / Economics or related field with master's specialized in HR
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law is a plus
- Fluent English & Spanish are a must.
- Success Factors is a plus (especially EC, Recruitment & Onboarding modules)
