⭐️ What you will be responsible for ⭐️

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketer to join Alan’s team in Spain. The core purpose of this role is to open doors to Sales by strengthening Alan's reputation and awareness amongst HRDs and generating business opportunities through targeted field initiatives.

Here is how your key outcomes will look like:

• Execute high-impact field events: Organize and run strategic events targeting HR professionals, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Build and maintain HR network relationships: Establish and nurture key partnerships with HR influencers and decision-makers.
• Increase Alan’s brand presence in the Spanish HR ecosystem: Drive engagement and visibility through field marketing, content, and partnerships.
• Generate business opportunities for sales: Work closely with the sales team to convert brand awareness into leads and pipeline growth.
• Develop localized marketing content: Create compelling event materials, messaging, and communications tailored to the Spanish HR audience.
• Establish Alan as a thought leader: Position Alan within the HR community through strategic collaborations, speaking engagements, and industry recognition.

Payment

• Currently, pay rates for core project work by Spanish (Spain) writing experts average USD $25 per hour

For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Certain projects offer incentive payments. -Experiencia de 2 años en Trade Marketing o Marketing , preferiblemente en sectores de distribución de bebidas o alimentación.
-Conocimiento en la creación de materiales promocionales y gestión de contenidos online.
-Dominio de herramientas de diseño gráfico: Experiencia en el uso de herramientas como Canva y Photoshop para crear folletos, materiales promocionales y contenido visual.
-Habilidades en paquete Office para la gestión de tareas diarias, creación de informes y presentaciones comerciales.
