Descripción del puesto Buscamos un Responsable de Marketing Digital y Diseño con experiencia en estrategias de marketing digital y habilidades de diseño gráfico. Serás el encargado de desarrollar y ejecutar campañas digitales, gestionar nuestras redes sociales, generación de leads, crear contenido multimedia y asegurar que nuestra marca comunique un mensaje claro y atractivo.

Responsabilidades Principales:

1. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marketing digital integrales con especial foco en redes sociales (sobre todo en META) e incluyendo SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc…
2. Crear y calendarizar contenido atractivo para redes sociales (Instagram y Facebook, potencialmente en Tik tok, LinkedIn, etc.), adaptado a nuestro público objetivo.
3. Diseñar materiales gráficos (videos, imágenes, banners, etc.)  
4. Gestionar campañas de publicidad digital (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) y optimizar el ROI.
5. Monitorear y analizar métricas de rendimiento (KPIs) para evaluar el éxito de las campañas y proponer mejoras.
6. Colaborar con el equipo de ventas y C-Level en la creación de estrategias de lead generation y fidelización de clientes.
7. Gestionar la reputación online de la marca y responder a interacciones en redes sociales de manera profesional.
8. Apoyar en la creación de presentaciones, informes y otros materiales visuales para el equipo.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia en marketing digital y diseño gráfico, preferiblemente en entornos B2B.
• Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de marketing y gestión de redes sociales.
• Habilidades comprobadas en diseño gráfico con dominio de herramientas como Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator o similares.
• Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos y tomar decisiones basadas en resultados.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y creatividad.
• Conocimiento de inglés a nivel intermedio-avanzado (deseable).
