AIMEN is a multi-sector Innovation and Technology Centre that develops R&D&I activities and provides technological services to the industry in the fields of Materials, Advanced Manufacturing processes, Digitalization, and sustainability.

Main duties:
Be part of the R&D Business Development team your tasks will be:
- Business development linked to R&D, including commercial action with industrials companies.
- Knowledge of the regional, national or European R&D roadmaps.
- Develop actions to attract new R&D projects in public calls at regional, national and European levels.
- Coordinate and supervise the preparation of R&D proposals.
- Encourage collaboration with Universities, Technology Centers and Companies, nationally and internationally.
- Active participation in the promotion and recruitment of international research talent (CAPTAIN* Project)
- Active participation in regional, national and European platforms related to the priority technologies in which the company develops its activity: Transport, energy and Industry.…
- Participation in the definition of exploitable results and exploitation routes
Education:
- Higher/graduate degree in the field of science and technology, preferably in the field of engineering.
Job specific skills:
- Previous R&D expertise (5 years) in the preparation of R&D project proposals at regional, national or European level.
- Extensive knowledge and background in R&D activities and international research talent.
- Knowledge of the regional, national and European Work Programs.
- Previous R&D experience in collaboration with companies.
- English level: C1 / C2.
- Availability to travel.
- Driving license and own vehicle.
Desirable qualifications and skills:
- Master / Postgraduate training in innovation management will be highly valued.
- Great ability to communicate.
- Expertise and contacts within relevant sectors for the center´s activity (transport, energy and industry).
- Ability to show results.
- Business development skills.
- Team management skills.
- Ability to initiate and develop new ideas and initiatives in collaboration with external partners.
