Enrique Tomás, la empresa que le pone nombre al Jamón en el mundo, está buscando incorporar a su equipo una persona para liderar el área de Ecommerce.

La figura del/la Ecommerce manager, reportará de manera bidireccional al CTO y a la dirección de marketing de la compañía.

Su misión será la gestión integral de toda la venta online logrando ser más atractivos para nuevos clientes y conseguir fidelizarlos.

• Deberá promover el crecimiento del marketplace y lograr un posicionamiento óptimo dentro de la categoría correspondiente.


• Se encargará también de la generación de contenido (blog, intranet…), mailing para conseguir un mayor engagement con el público objetivo.


• Desarrollo de estrategias para atraer y retener clientes.


• Realizar el seguimiento del nivel de servicio de costumer service.


• Llevar a cabo la monitorización de la disponibilidad de los servicios (web).


• Gestionar la publicidad online.

Requisitos:

• Formación en marketing digital o similar (B2C), experiencia en gastronomía y/o retail is a plus.


• Experiencia demostrable como Ecommerce Manager.


• Habilidades avanzadas de marketing digital y gestión de campañas publicitarias online.


• Experiencia en análisis de datos y toma de decisiones basadas en los mismos.


• Conocimientos consolidados de: Shopify, Wordpress, herramientas de marketing campaing (Mailchimp, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Seo/Sem).


• Conocimientos básicos de HTML.


• Experiencia trabajando con Google ADS, Facebook ADS, Youtube ADS.


• Sensibilidad y pasión por el mundo de la gastronomía.
