We are looking for a Strategist – Design Researcher – Service Designer trainee to join our Innovation team and contribute to the new product and services’ design.

What you will do

You will be working collaboratively in a team that will guide and support you in the following activities:

• Understand the business needs, and map the existing service ecosystems and processes
• Organize and participate in user interviews, analysing the information and synthetizing it
• Plan and conduct workshops for idea generation
• Generate ideas, and propose solutions
• Participate actively in the conceptualization and prototyping
• Plan and conduct the user tests, summarizing the results in a structured report
• Support the implementation of the global innovation process and current and new initiatives

Requirements

• Solid knowledge in innovation, design research and service design, and methodologies such as design thinking, design sprints, among others
• High skills in the craft to create artifacts and maps such as archetypes, user journeys and service blueprints
• Structured and organized mindset to plan, conduct, realise user research, and deliver high quality reports
• Experience / ability to facilitate workshops
• Hands-on experience working with collaborative tools like Miro, Mural or FigJam and familiar with Figma
• Ability to share, present and expose in front of a diverse and multicultural team

Education

• Degree in Design and Innovation, Product and Service Design
• A master’s degree in Product and Service Design, User Experience and Interaction Design (UX/UI), Research for Design and Innovation, Innovation and Design Thinking, is an advantage

The Candidate Will Be In Charge Of

• Analyzing genomic data from rice varieties to detect Transposon Insertion Polymorphisms (TIPs)
• Analyzing RNASeq data to determine gene expression differences among rice varieties and stress conditions
• Perform TIP eQTL analyses to search for associations between TIPs and changes of gene expression

Under the supervision of the Department Manager, the Scientist will carry out the following activities:

• Conduct in vitro release studies of dermal/topical products from the development to the final stages.
• Perform in vitro permeation studies through biological membranes from the development to the final stages.

El Centre de Recerca en Agrigenòmica (CRAG) està buscant Tècnic/a de Compres i Licitacions.

El CRAG és una institució independent de recerca, dedicada a les ciències bàsiques i aplicades de les plantes i els animals de granja. El CRAG es constitueix com a Consorci del Consell Superior d'Investigacions Científiques (CSIC), Institut de Recerca i Tecnologia Agroalimentària (IRTA), Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) i Universitat de Barcelona (UB). Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a recién graduado/a o con 1-2 años de experiencia, con actitud proactiva y mente innovadora.
