HaslerRail AG continues Bern's more than 135-year tradition in the field of railway technology. We are a leader in the development and manufacture of electrical equipment for public transport.
The name Hasler is synonymous worldwide with Swiss quality in the railway sector and is well anchored in it. HaslerRail is looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager International (m/f/d) for our Site in Madrid Getafe.
In an international environment, you will support the sales department during the offer phase and, after signing the contract, take over the project management for the customer-specific production of the railway equipment. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of the project and thus contribute a lot to the satisfaction of our customers.
Main tasks:
- Leading the project team and ensuring the success of the project in financial, scheduling and qualitative terms.
- Support of sales during the preparation of the offer.
- Direct communication and support of our customers.
- Forming the interface between sales, system engineering, development, and those organizational units that provide human resources to the project.
- Helping to improve organizational and administrative processes within the team.
- Organization and execution of product acceptance tests together with the customer in Madrid or at our production site in Prague.
- Triggering and Monitoring Changes and Modifications.
- You have electronic engineering degree or technical discipline with good knowledge of electronics.
- PMP certification (CAPM or PMP) would be considered as a valuable asset.
- You have experience in managing projects, preferably in the railway sector or in a technical field with high quality and normative requirements.
- Reliability and conscientiousness are among your distinct strengths.
- You are mentally flexible and thirsty for knowledge.
- You have assertiveness and are cost-conscious.
- You have excellent communication and documentation skills in both Spanish and English (other languages are an advantage).
- You like to work autonomously as well as in a team and like to pass on your specialist knowledge.
- You have the ability to identify and assess vulnerabilities, risks and opportunities.
- You enjoy travelling, coordinating and communicating.

Your main mission as Project Manager will be to manage projects in the development of new products within the renewable energy sector. the PMO will support the project management office (PMO) by ensuring timely and accurate information flow from the development team, particularly from project managers in specific engineering areas. This role focuses on identifying impacts to the critical path, risks, buffer consumption, key decisions, and blocking points.

The Challenges You Will Face
- Attend development meetings in European time zones and record key discussions.
- Capture and summarize impacts to the critical path, risks, and buffer usage.
- Identify and document key decisions and blocking points.
- Synthesize and electronically share meeting notes, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Highlight urgent or high-impact issues that require immediate attention.
- Maintain organized records of discussions and decisions for future reference.
- Ensure efficient and structured communication between the development team and the PMO.
- Technical background
- Good knowledge in MS office
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Wind industry knowledge and planning activities understanding beneficia
- You will receive a phone call from the Talent Acquisition team, where you can discuss more details about the project, your experience and your salary expectations (15 min).
