Estamos buscando a nuestro/a Responsable de Marketing (CMO) con alma de cofundador/a

Buscamos a una persona apasionada por el marketing digital, con visión estratégica y capacidad para ejecutar, crecer y liderar. Alguien que quiera dejar huella y formar parte del núcleo fundador de una startup con mucho camino por recorrer.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Experiencia en entornos de marketing digital y/o startups.
• Perfil joven que haya terminado su etapa universitaria en Marketing.
• Conocimiento en SEO, campañas, redes sociales, automatización y crecimiento orgánico.
• No buscamos simplemente ejecutar campañas, sino construir marca, reputación y crecimiento a largo plazo.

• Velar para que se realicen todas las tareas del personal de recepción según sea necesario para facilitar el servicio.
• Velar en hacer cumplir todas las políticas y procedimientos de la recepción.
• Asegurar que todas las operaciones se realicen según las políticas y procedimientos.
• Mantener información sobre precios, tarifas, ofertas especiales, paquetes, programas, etc., asegurando que todo el personal esté formado en todas las áreas.
• Entender y superar las expectativas y necesidades de los huéspedes.
• Gestión del equipo.
• Apoyar al Front Office Manager en la asignación de tareas específicas a los miembros del equipo según surjan.
  
  

• Cubrir baja Incapacidad temporal
• Formación: Titulación universitaria o Grado Superior preferiblemente en Turismo, Hostelería, o similar
• Idiomas nivel alto de Ingles y valorable un tercer idioma.
• Experiencia: 2 años en una posición similar en el sector hotelero.
• Conocimiento alto OPERA 5.
• Conocimientos de operativa hotelera.
• Conocimientos de programas informáticos de gestión hotelera.
