Requirements

• Native fluency in Spanish
• Ability to express a wide range of emotions through voice
• Ability to record in a quiet environment without background noise
• Access to an at home recording studio
• Experience with any voice-related work (e.g., voiceover acting, podcasting, audio narration)
• Access to a high-fidelity microphone for recordings
  
  

• Background in on-screen or on-stage acting, classical voice training, or vocal music

• Record short conversations that convey different emotions, accents, and audio modulations
• Review and provide feedback on recordings made by other users
• Review and edit scripts

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de adquisición de leads en canales digitales.
• Controlar la gestión de campañas de marketing en plataformas de pago (SEM), incluyendo Google Ads, Meta Ads, entre otras.
• Verificar la optimización en el posicionamiento orgánico (SEO) del sitio web y contenidos clave.
• Analizar e interpretar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI's) de campañas digitales.
• Realizar reportes de performance y aplicar mejoras basadas en resultados y datos.
• Administrar eficientemente el presupuesto destinado a campañas digitales.
• Coordinar acciones para fortalecer el posicionamiento de la marca en entornos online.
• Garantizar la estabilidad, efectividad y mejora continua de las estrategias de marketing digital.
• Colaborar con equipos internos de diseño, contenido y ventas para alinear los objetivos de marketing.
